Co-founded and led the technical team, product development and roadmap for a marketing platform allowing early stage projects to bootstrap their initial user base and grow their community in the crypto space.

- Hired, managed, systemized and scaled the tech team to 5 devs and engineers to efficiently build, iterate, upgrade and maintain the product at scale.
- Developed relationships with top crypto companies including Polygon, Immutable, OmniFlix, Unstoppable Domains and more for exclusive marketing campaigns powered by Pyme.
- Coded and deployed over 100+ production grade smart contracts across multiple EVM blockchains for the product - NFTs, Tokens, Pre-Sales, Raffles, Staking, and more.
- Secured grants from the Georgian government, Polygon and then raised pre-seed funding from 500 Global as technical founder - part of the 500 Eurasia Batch 3 cohort.
- Launched the PYME token in 2023, which was listed on Gate.io reaching a market cap of $13M+.

Joined an early stage e-commerce startup focused in the skincare industry - building the tech and logistics infrastructure from the ground up supporting $3.5M+ in annual revenue across 50+ countries and over 30K+ affiliates.
Key Achievements
- Developed a custom CRM to support 30K+ affiliates for the brand - including dashboards, reports, multiple integrated payout methods supporting hundreds of weekly orders and global real-time payments.
- Developed custom integrations for Shopify stores for affiliate tracking, real-time order attributions, optimal warehouse selection, customer notifications and marketing automation.
