- Designed and built the product from idea to growth stage, scaling to over 140K+ users and over 1.2M rewards distributed to users.
- Hired, managed and built a technical team of 5+ devs to efficiently build, iterate, upgrade and update the features as we scaled.
- Developed strong partnerships with top projects in the space including Polygon, Immutable, OmniFlix, Unstoppable Domains and more - including exclusive campaigns for their ecosystems.
- Secured grants from the Georgian government, Polygon and later raised funding from 500 Global as the technical founder - part of the 500 Eurasia Batch 3 cohort.

Joined an early stage e-commerce startup focused in the skincare industry - building the tech and logistics infrastructure from the ground up supporting $3.5M+ in annual revenue across 50+ countries and over 30K+ affiliates.
Key Achievements
- Developed custom integrations for Shopify stores for affiliate tracking, real-time order attributions, optimal warehouse selection and customer notifications.
- Developed a custom CRM to support 30K+ affiliates for the brand - including dashboards, reports and multiple integrated payout methods.
- Managed relationships with Shopify, our payment processors and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
